Pros
- Oval sizing is harder to find well-fitted than round or rectangle, this fills that gap at a common 12x24 footprint
- Clear tint gives a slight heat-ga in edge over blue for owners prioritizing warmth over algae control
- 12-mil thickness holds up 5 to 7 years, longer than an 8-mil cover of the same shape
- Trimmable bubble seams allow a closer custom fit for a pool slightly under 12x24
Cons
- Lowest review count (410) among the Blue Wave covers in this roundup
- Clear material shows algae and cloudiness sooner than a blue-tinted oval cover
- Oval-only shape, not usable on a round or rectangular pool
